Pay in India after coming back from Abroad
Does anyone know if someone moves to any of the European country and comes back to India after 2-3 years, does they salary still remains upto the Indian market level or they are given lower salaries in India on return?

Obviously there will be pay parity in the picture. They would try to match it at the pay levels of that specific position.
So there is no discrimination or providing lesser salary because you want to return back to india?
If you are expecting someone to pay what you were earning in europe out here, that simply wouldn’t be possible. Proper MNCs would have salary bands in place. What do you mean by discrimination?
