I missed an automated call and now they will try to attempt delivery tomorrow.
Please stop this nonsense Meesho, getting a call from human delivery agent is much better than AI automated call. Even they replaced call center agents with AI voice customer care, pathetic! 🤦🏼♂️
Why do Meesho need to do this in the name of cost cutting replacing human beings with AI?

Meesho seems very popular and I see delivery agent from Xpressbees and Delhivery in my street.
When I ordered in November 2024 then I got a call from real delivery person and now from 2025 they switched to AI call to confirm the delivery, even if someone not available then delivery guy can give the package to reception.
Must be xpressbees or Shadowfax, Meesho doesn’t do its own deliveries.
Agree that it’s difficult to reach customer support of Meesho.
I keep telling, chatbots are the biggest scam done by tech world, and funny that tech folks themselves must be facing it many times!
