Pathetic experience interviewing with Barclays

Gave interviews for a tech role @Barclays more than a month back. Last round was onsite where one hour of interview turned into 6 hours of waiting around and confusion due to the mismanagement.

Kept following up regularly with the HR and was assured profile was still in consideration and would be getting offer soon once interviews are done with.

More than a month later get a generic rejection email. No feedback, no reasoning total waste of time and energy
