Trending @Infosys; Pathetic appraisal process

CFO declared they have not decided on salary hikes yet since last one happened in Nov. They forgot that the last one was done with joining date criteria. The upper management who also have decent stock holdings keep enjoying hefty dividends while they decline to think about the people working on the ground. Never gonna recommend anyone to join infosys. Am yet to get a hike since I joined in 2021.
