Trending @Infosys; Path for career growth

I have 4 years of exp in .Net technologies and joined Infosys in sept 2024 as a technology analyst with 8.5lpa. Currently I’m working in pl/sql technology, how can I internally switch to specialist programmer l2 with at least 14lpa, is there any process for it.
