Paternity leaves

TCS doesn’t provide any paternity leave, not even single day. Your are supposed to utilize your earned leave if you think that taking care of baby and mother is your responsibility. TCS talk a lot about employees wellness and family but on the ground policy doesn’t reflect the same.

Tcs provides 15 days paternity leave. Speak with your HR and you can get it. It's mentioned in the document we signed. So you can obtain it
