Paternity Leave Policy

Hello all I am a new bee in TCS. Can someone please let me know what is the Paternity Leave Policy in TCS? My wife is an 8th Month Pregnant. Should I complete my probation to Avail the paternity leave? How many weeks will I be getting as a Paternity leave? And what would be the maximum amount that can be claimed for the delivery of my Wife.. Please let me know.
