Just apply on portal and upload hospital form! No approval needed

Before applying paternity leave required to add baby in Wipro portal otherwise it will not let you apply leave and keep showing you can avail paternity leave within 90 days of baby's birth.

So add baby on Wipro portal and then apply paternity leave.

I have avail paternity leave just a few days back.
