TCS? Paternity leave? Ha! They're more interested in profits than parenting. "Bacche ki jaan loge kya?" What's their next policy? Nap time?

I also need to apply Paternity leave from July last week. I guess we need to utilise our Casual leaves.

No. No paternity leaves in TCS. When I asked HR they said, that is why they are giving casual leaves!
