Hi, I have joined the cognizant in the month of Aug 2025 as PAT with package of 4 LPA when I will get promotion and what will be the increment? And is there any other perks?

Mostly after one year i.e, Aug 2026. I think it will be an auto promotion

In correctly 1 year from your joining date you will be promoted to PA and your ctc will be 4.5 LPA
