Trending @Cognizant; PAT on bench for ~3 months post training

I joined as a PAT in July and completed my training ( .NET FSE ) by mid-November. I was auto-allocated to a project, but currently there seems to be no requirement/work assigned. I’ve followed up with my home manager, but I’m usually left on read. I was asked to coordinate with a senior manager, who has advised me to wait for now. It’s been almost 3 months in this situation. I’m concerned about career growth.

Should I continue waiting for allocation, or is it better to start exploring opportunities outside? Would appreciate advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation.

Become a pain in the *ss for management to give you work. Get the work and grow OR leave

Definitely start exploring opportunities outside, if you find one then very good, otherwise chill. For 18months the account can't release you anyways And if by any chance you got something outside then very well
