Password sharing

Can anyone tell me how severe is it to share your credentials with someone? Can this lead to termination?? And what if TL itself shares laptop to let associate do work just because his laptop was not working he raised ticket but TL wants him to work so he shares his laptop

Actually my TL is allowing to share password among other associate as some of them dont gave acccess to tools, so if i raised incident will it impact his job, i want to make him (TL) feel suffer

Yes, please, you can raise an incident. If you raise it with proof, the actions are severe. Something similar happened in my previous project, and it was crazy. The clients got to know this, and they wanted the guy immediately out.
