To initiate a partial withdrawal from your current PF amount, follow these steps:

  1. Go to MyHCL → My Profile → My Information - Personal → PF Statement.

  2. On this page, click the "Click Here" button under the Event GHR Side section.

  3. You will be redirected to a new page with the following options on the left panel:

Dashboard

Annual Slip

Loan

Utilities

Gratuity Calculator

  1. On the Dashboard, you can view your current total PF balance. You are eligible to withdraw only the Member Share Amount, which is shown in the table below.

  2. Decide the amount you wish to withdraw from the Member Share.

  3. Now, click the "Loan" option on the left, then select "New Application" from the right panel.

  4. Choose the loan type as Medical (68J(1)), enter the desired withdrawal amount (up to the maximum of your member share), and select "Self" as the relation.

  5. Proceed with the application by:

Verifying the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Confirming your bank account details.

Submitting the Declaration Form.

  1. To complete the process:

Go to the Utilities tab.

Download the relevant form.

Upload the completed form under the Loan Application section as required in the final step.

Once submitted, your PF withdrawal will be processed within 5–7 working days.
