Part-time alongwith Fulltime Employment

I am to join my new company tomorrow and got the agreement letter today for full time employment. I have left full time employment at my previous organisation but continuing as a part-time employee (consultant) for the next few months.

In the FTE agreement letter, there is a clause that I shouldn't work in any other organisation in any form(part time or full time) other than theirs during my term of employment with them.

What should I do? Should I continue my part time work(it's not time consuming)? Would my new organisation be able to know somehow?

  1. unless two pfs your employer can't find.
  2. ask part time employer make payment for some of family members account - if possible.

Share your part time ... Source of income.. how,what ..... We will also.. try it...
