Trending @Infosys; Parking Scam at Infosys Noida – Who’s Paying for These Fines?
Work from office, they said. It’ll be great, they said. But what they didn’t say is: • No parking for employees, but plenty of parking for fines! • “Access card approved, but entry denied!” • Why work for salary when half of it goes to traffic fines?
The security at Ace Capitol, Sector 132, refuses to let bikes in, claiming the parking is full—even when it’s clearly not. Meanwhile, the traffic police outside seem to have a sweet deal going, handing out tickets like festival flyers. I’ve already racked up multiple fines just for trying to show up at work.
If parking is actually full, where are we supposed to park? If it’s not full, why are we being denied entry? And most importantly—who’s going to pay for these fines? Because I surely didn’t sign up for a “work-to-pay-fines” program.
I urgently need a real solution from the Infosys management team before I start seeing Work from Home – The Only Way to Save Money as my best option.
The worst part is that they’ve changed the WFH policy from an hourly system to a daily one, effectively forcing us to come to the office and ensuring we get fined for at least 10 days a month.
Why???

These issues occur I have one alternative which I'm using, going to new office Open at 93 sector that place is having lot of free space inm parking and office seating area as well

Raising an IHD might solve my case or maybe even get my past penalties reimbursed, but that’s not the real issue here. Every single day, I see vehicles parked outside the office, which means plenty of people are getting fined.
I’m here to find others facing the same problem so we can go to management together and push for a real fix. Either people are silently paying these fines without questioning it, or for some reason, the traffic police have a special interest in my vehicle.
If others have managed to get reimbursements, I’d love to know how. And if not, it’s time we stop letting this slide and demand some accountability. If Infosys enforces WFO, they should ensure we have proper parking—or at least a legitimate alternative.
If you or anyone else has faced the same issue, let’s connect and escalate this as a group.

Ranting here won't do anything, instead raise IHD and drop an email to managers and if need later engage senior managers. Ace capitol is at place if I'm correct where we don't really get conveyance from to nearest metro or bus stand. If they want to enforce wfo they should remedy these issues. And gather as much people as possible to raise complaint and as lone wolf you won't b able to get anything from these sharks, gather your pack of employees and then .....

I also got 2 fines for parking outside the ace capitol as guard denied I can't park the bike in parking just because my base location is different.

I'm experiencing a similar nightmare at Ace Capitol. The security team is being super strict about bike entry, and the traffic police outside are always on the lookout for ticket-worthy offenses. I've already received multiple fines this month, and it's becoming a huge burden. The WFH policy change has made it even more difficult for me to commute without breaking the bank.

Now a days infy is not safe place to work.. this is fact some ppl do their best but still get NI and some are already best those are recognised but who are trying their best account should give them next chance for other project rather than firing…I would say TCS is much better in such situation…

They also did not let my car in ACE Building and asked me to get a entry pass moreover in Bhutani alphathum building food services sucks, you won't get direct lift to cafeteria , you have come down to ground floor get the another lift to floor 18 for that you need 1 hr spare and upon reaching..food went unavailable
..such a shitty management they have ..MR Murthy need to speak on this mis management as well
No seats available to sit..very first day I have to stand for almost 8 hours to collect my ID card .. infy getting worsen with every passing day

Even I am facing same issue, parking my vehicle in paid parking paying 40 Rupees daily

Last year, my then manager faced the same, took exceptional WFH for few months and then resigned.

Noida DC facilities is in shambles. Can't even manage such a small footfall of employees.
