I have done my parent’s medical insurance on November, 2024. Now I found from April, 2025 my parents insurance is not visible in the portal as I have not renewed in the month of March,2025 as only 4 months ago I have bought the insurance. Do I get the benefit of the insurance if I claim it in this month for my mother hospitalization. Or I have to renew the insurance. (The renewal window has already closed).
