Trending @Wipro; Parental insurance claim
I have taken parental insurance of total premium 34k and as per the policy 70 percent of premium or INR 7000 can be reimbursed which ever is low .but there's a claim raised for me under Pharmacy OTC option for 7k where it is only partially approved for 1k. I believe it was wrong.anyone let me know on this please.?

Have you raised a claim for the unused amount? I thought it would be done automatically from the back end. That's how it was last year.
I have raised a ticket mentioning that parental insurance claim was incorrectly raised under Pharmacy OTC -then they had actioned to raise it under the correct tab (parental insurance)
Initial claim for pharmacy OTC is approved for 1k for my limit which was also part of parental insurance as per the policy
So now another 6k was approved under parental insurance claim
In short there are 2 claims raised for me and for approved for 1k and 6k respectively so I suggest you can take a ticket
Do we have to raise a claim for it? It'll be done automatically isn't it? It was like that last year.
