Hi everyone,
I need a genuine suggestion. I see many of my collegues aint getting interview calls due to 90 days of notice period. Is there a way to trick this situation? Even if we negotiate it can get upto 2 months but no less than that. I am wondering if putting papers woyld be okay prior to having any ofder in hand. My tech is oracle apps technical i am looking forward to switch as plsql developer.
Please put your thoughts?
Market is not good.. so come what may, don't submit the resignation without any offer unless you have some secondary source of income or the environment is quite toxic
Tell them it is 60 days and see if you are getting any offers.
I got offer letter by saying 90 days notice period and buyout for 30 days. Let see what happens next
Try to get offer letter..there are companies which are considering 90 days notice period...try to get offer from some of them
Nope don't put the paper without any offer. Now market is too worst.
