Panic masters the new FOMO in Bangalore GENZ and how can we avoid them
Hey there, all your fellow OPs here!
OP has been living in this Reddit and thanks to the amazing people out here, well, i saw a post on masters after layoffs and i thought i can put up words
After my layoffs at Inteva, i had a panic, not knowing nothing to do, like parents telling government job and preparation stuff. Well, always remember some facts when you can decide on it
You are guaranteeing that you can get a job after completing masters from abroad
Your parents ka financial stuff is better
You have GRE GMAT ready and you have savings for the same
I know our minds may wave after layoff and the FOMO will make us worried My suggestion is that if you want to settle abroad take that step or if you are in dilemma, do not take that step, As half-baked rice is useless for nothing, then we have some alternatives we can have upon Then i list the following:
If you are a beginner, start applying again with experience and keep portals active
Incase you did not like the role, start the job search on the role as fresher As i did, i did not like testing and after months i got a job in my field as coordinator
Have a list of roles u can fit; tbh, i had a big list and i can apply to them
Take a part-time role to come out of home To be honest, this might be crazy but take a part-time role like cashier or anything to make ends meet. i do not believe in waiting for right opps, as many are middle-class and will have to be handy at what we are
Develop a strong mindset, thinking as bad memories and move on next; this needs gut feeling think as the company is dead and you are attending funeral for them
Guys remember i am not telling no for masters but have a genuine cause use companies if you wanna transfer but for a middle class masters in abroad is a trap do not sit in home with big loans
My DMs are open for help and queries too!
