my joining in accenture was on 18 november but they say photo in pancard is old so i need to update the pancard meanwhile i got new pan card but now actually the background in photo is white amd size of photo is small as its printed by income tax will it create again issue ? will recutement team again ask to change pan card? also will the cancel my candidature as well ?.

Dude, seriously who cares about Pan card, Aadhar card old photo. I understand they may doubtful about identity matching the photo but you must be having Aadhar card which has biometrics,that's enough.
