Paisa ya Onsite

All,

I am a newly promoted manager in cyber in Deloitte USI. I need your suggestions on the dilemma I am facing.

I got an offer from Microsoft but the position is Security Engineer 2 which is a step down from my current designation in Deloitte. But they are offering a package of 63 LPA whereas Deloitte is giving me 42 LPA.

Deloitte is also offering me an L1 onsite work visa so I am quite confused about what to choose now ?

My location is Hyderabad.
