Painful to see so many startups run out of money/ shut down. Is your company doing good?

My startup raised money yet laid off folks 💀 I don't know whom to trust.

My startup grew from 20 to 35+ clients with a 5% conversion rate (blended), got a large contract for 2 years. Prepping for a small pre seed round of 50 lakhs.

Bootstrapping zindabad.

here we are having company sponsored meetups almost every other weekend💀💀 around 20 ppl rn in the company, fully remote

Lickers and getting promotions every year contionusly and my boss like lickers a lot

I shut down my company last month due to cash crunch

In loss this year. Reduced the appraisal and increment reason being same. Did not approve arrears for doing appraisal late too.

Coz they were overpaying fr talent. Folks who rnt worth 3 lpa being paid 10, so law of averages catch up. Plus none of thrir businesses was ever edidta positive
