Pain points - good real estate platform - renting, buy/sell and more

Hi grapevine community,

I'm gathering the pain points for building a real estate based paltform to help in renting (tenants and owners) and buying/selling properties. Current options are too bad and cost too much money, time and effort. After a long property search taking a month and costing >20k in total for just the property search and travel itself, while being in the same city already, I realised that this needs to change. So I've decided to build a better paltform, but I need more feedback on existing issues faced. For the start, I am attaching a google form to survey the experience and issues faced by tenants while trying to find a place to rent. Would follow up later with ones for owner, prospective buyers and sellers as well. Would take just ~5 min to fill out, but will help me out a lot. Thanks a lot in advance .

Glassdoor or Grapevine for Rentals

Had recently commented on a post about the landlord atrocities, specifically in BLR. I thought it is important to build a glassdoor or grapevine kind of community or product for the property owners.

Posting this again since the OG post...

Product survey

Hey folks! I’m mentoring a start-up that’s working in the home decor space. Would be really helpful if you could fill out this quick survey. Would take hardly 5 mins but mean the world to us.

Thanks

  1. Websites like NoBroker/99Acres etc.
  2. Twitter posts/bots
  3. Flat and flatmates Facebook groups
  4. Discord/Whatsapp groups
  5. Contact a broker
