Paid News in InShorts?

This doesn't look like news in any sense.. more like a promotional ad for either the boys or the district.

But they haven't mentioned if the news is sponsored by anyone

I don't have any personal grudge against any of them but I have seen a bunch of these examples had this question in mind 🤔
