Package range for senior associate consultant in infosys in java , 4 YOE

Hello everyone Today i gave managerial round for infosys and they said they have selected me for senior associate consultant, Can you all please tell how much should i ask for , considering i already have one offer of 18.46 total from ibm ?? And how should I Negotiate, haven't been able to do much in ibm 😢
