Package negotiations with Infosys
Currently I’m working with TCS as assistant consultant with the package of 14LPA. And I cleared the technical round in Infosys so the next round is manager round maybe they will discuss about packaging and all. And the first round interviewer told me that he’s going to proceed my profile and told that you will get the call from HR for second round. And he also told me that he’s giving senior consultant position to me. Now my question is how much package I can ask in case if I get the call for second round? Could you please share your suggestion and thoughts.
It's depends how much you are aiming for? I say min ask 50 to 60 percent hike than negotiate accordingly.

Infy is not a great pay master, they might as well drop you if you ask anything unreasonable.
Anyways they have range defined for different job roles so won't have much scope beyond that range.
