What is the minimum package for C3B grade in tcs?

Bhai there is no uniformity as per Grades. I have heard C3B having as low as 15Lpa and as high as 45Lpa +

Agreed with @HannibalLecter ,internal C3b who started as fresher with tcs will be having 17-21 lpa based on levels.fyi
External hires can easily get 35 lpa before layoff happened Now since they have more budget they're offering 40 lpa also for 10 yoe But only time will tell the future of C4+ grade folks Since they have not been allocated band and skipped hike for last fiscal year
