I was working as a data engineer in Accenture CL 9 . total year of experience 7.8 Current CTC 13.3 fixed + 21% VP . Whether my package is up to the market standards? In case If I get a chance of promotion how much percentage approx I can expect ? Folks Please share your comments. thanks in advance

It’s no where near market standard. The leads in my project with 7 years of experience who started their career with Accenture are getting paid 18-22LPA fixed + Variables extra.
