Hello all, in AIA domain- has anyone officially got news from respective HM during 1st-7th Sep that promotion is changed to 30-36 months & also is there any link between SQL Hackerrank Assessment & promotion.

Nope, my friend is in AIA domain, his friends got nominated for promotions in this quarter, they completed only 24 months, so probably it's all dependent on the leadership, what extra conditions they apply and how much quota they release for this cycle promotion.

Is nominations are still going on, because I completed 24 months in July but my HM is not seeing any button in goPerform to nominate me from August and didn't any mail too.
