Trending @Cognizant; PA to Developer Instead of Associate

Why I was promoted to developer instead of Associate? Is Developer same as associate or is it different? Does anyone have idea about this?

Check the associate 360 app u can see there PA or developer ..... basically developer is role in my career app

In associate 360 app it shows Developer as designation but in grade it shows PA & eqvt. I am little bit confused on this.

System takes 3 weeks time to update all downstream system. If you have received an email about promotion already then you are promoted already to A. Wait for 3 weeks to see all changes. You should also receive an eletter for the same.
