I have already completed 30 months on 29th December last year. I didn't get promoted this time in jan due to billibality issue, as i was on bench in july and August. From September 1st 2025 to till now I am billable. So can I expect my promotion in march this year?

Hey, same here I also completed 36 months currently and I didn't get promoted last year 2025 because of rating. Can I know on which cycle will I be promoted in this year 2026? Please let me know. And will it be auto promotion? Or manager approval?
