Hi, all, I have connected with one of the HR to check whether my name is in promotion eligibility list or not. She told me that it is not because you are not fulfilling the criteria of utilisation. Your utilisation is 65% as of April .but my utilisation is 100% from January 2025, and even the last refresh date is 30 April .still she’s telling me your utilisation is 65%
