I have my 2 years in Cts and belong to the ADM Domain. I have 5 rating, skill up 100 percent completed, billiability is 100 and followed work from the office as well.
My manager nominated me for the promotion, will I get it?
I heard that now policy has changed to 36 months from Date of joining instead of 24 months. Is that true? Are they applicable for only some domains?
I had a call with an HR, he said currently it's 24 months tenure from doj, but I'm also waiting for updates from my manager regarding this
I called HR in gsd for two times, once they said you are eligible, you will get it if your manager nominates you.
The second time another person said, the eligibility has changed to 36 months, you need wait until then...
Don't know why they are informing me like this....
