Trending @Cognizant; PA to Associate Criteria changed to 3 years from Q3
Dear Senior Managers/Leads over here, there has been news circulating regarding PA to Associate Promotion criteria being changed to 3 years(Previously 2 years) from doj for freshers who have joined as PAT. Many PA’s are madly waiting for promotion & there is no transparency on this, please let us know if this news is true so that we PA’s don’t have to keep hopes regarding the same and keep going by upskilling ourselves.

Believe me, no one knows which is correct. My manager was saying I have to be in the current role for 18 months to be eligible for the next role. I asked her to cross-check with higher person. She checked and told me there are no 18 month scenario. HR will send a list for all eligible candidates. Home Manager needs to approve it.
My reporting manager informed me that the criteria has changed and now for promotion we need to be 36 months at the same post i.e. PA or 24 months with 4 rating as PA..,......this is so ridiculous ðŸ˜
Ravi Kumar is making sure from every side to stop promotions by changing the policies
Did they made any recent changes in Programmer to Programmer Analyst Promotion policy ?
Anybody else who can confirm this?
Seems like to be expected this we can't judge this faltu CTS higher management 😡
