Does anyone know how much the hike will be/new increment for PA to A salary. Does for different rating salary structure changes . I have YER as 4 and my manager also informed me that i have been promoted to associate level.
Do you have received any official email from anyone that you have promoted to associate? Or just had oral communication with HM?
My manager told me in a call .. will receive e-mail by 25 sept

Hi can anyone tell me what is the required years to complete with Cognizant to promote from PA to A. I completed 2 yrs 1 month with Cognizant still my home manager didn't receive any mail regarding this. My YER is 4 last yr
What is your month of joining? My manager told me that the criteria has been increased to 32-36 months
It's variable and depends on the domain. From what I know last year, the maximum hike for the AWS domain was 7.25L. For the remaining major business units, the maximum was 6.7L. However, some only received a hike of 40k-50k.
