Trending @Cognizant; PA to A reflected in One C

Hi, I have completed 2 years with Cognizant on Aug 27th with 4 ratings and being in a billable project for 8 months.

Today in my profile I could able to see that my role got changed to A from PA. But I didn't receive any E-letters or mail regarding.

Regarding this I checked with my HCM. He told that he received a automated mail stated that HR will be contact for nomination.

Anyone know what to do next is this default promotion? Whether I can expect that this to be reflected in my salary by this month end??

Or my HCM needs to nominate or proceed further steps.

Last week you will receive e-Letter with updated compensation. Some time HR send late the confirmation to HCM

Who knows why. Previous year it started reflecting in my 360 as PA in sept. But I got elleter in Jan and the hike confirmation. In letter date will be the actual month only.

Your role change might be a promotion. Check with HR for confirmation. Salary changes usually follow official communication. Stay proactive and keep in touch with HR and your manager.
