I was having remote work model till feb 9 After that got to change to hybrid
But 22 feb i got back issue and later got fever So i didnt go till March 10
Now PM call me and asked me like why didn't you go i told him
He said it's should be communicate earlier I said ok tell me about promotion now they said...due to rto this will not happen..
Is there any way I can do anything?
Nothing will happen, I am victim of exact same thing. I was never communicated work model my manager said you can do 1 day/week nobody will ask you to come. I thought she's pretty chill.. now they're saying your name is not in the list cause you did not follow 2.5 days you should have. Now nothing can be done. Now another reason they gave me -- in H2'24 you didn't do any certification, which I did in August associate level.. but my HCM of that time forgot to approve it, it got approved last month, so they know what happened to me still they saying you didn't complete ypur skill up. Better thing leave this org and start finding somewhere.
