Are they going to promote us in Q4 or are they planning to do it in March'24 to avoid giving the bonus? Did anyone receive any mail regarding promotion in Q4 please respond !!!

Mostly they should promote else fire in people js rising and they learn skillup and jump off

See funda is simple Pa to a isn't gonna cost huge to company, they would eventually award atleast merit performers without stopping their promotions in timely manner
