Trending @Cognizant; PA TO A Promotion update
Today, I asked my home manager about my promotion status. They are saying higher management is discussing whether they will give promotion in this quarter or not. My Home Manager said it is 50-50.
I am from the QEA domain. They said it would be applicable to every QEA account.
Is anyone from QEA here?
If you're from insurance then no chance, my manager told me clearly insurance folks qa won't get promoted this quarter too. If you belong to a different domain then there might be hope
I only see ravi Kumars growth
I am also from qea my hm told till 2025 March(which means if they nominate us in 2025 april to june qurtare we will get promoted in july 2025 or oct 2025 based on slot availability) no promotions would be there in qea so I have started my preparations and planning to switch.
