Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion query. In my project, PA's didn't get promoted to A. They were shown reason like RTO criteria not fulfilled and who fulfilled showed them certification reason. What are other criterias to fulfill?
CTS removed the 3 rating, and around 80% of Performance Appraisals resulted in a 3 rating. Moving forward, it seems the criteria for promotions will become even stricter. For example, only those with a 5 rating may be considered for promotion in the next quarter. Additionally, even if you achieve a 4 or 5 rating, they may introduce additional criteria such as utilization, certifications, and skill upgrades, so that you miss any 1 criteria and they defer your promotion
Due to the lack of projects, there is also a possibility of being placed on the bench later, which could lead to layoffs. That's why enhance your skills and leave CTS ASAP.

It all depends on your Home Manager & BU level management
It is happening in all projects. My manager Said same. But actually they don't have budget and don't have much projects also. That's why most of the people's are ok bench and appraisal also they postponed.
