Hi guys, does anyone know what kind of list is received by managers, so that they can nominate from it, my manager said that i was not there in the list even though I'm satisfying all the criteria, Does anybody know who sends this list and on what criteria they select.
How you know u have satisfied all criteria

Home manager has nominated the name but cognizant has changed the policies from this quarter. Minimum of 30 months should be completed in company, rating should be 4 or 5 and some more policies. Therefore home managers have got a mail that promotion is differed if any one policy is not fulfilled
in goperform managers can see the eligible PAs. There will be a button for promotion. After clicking, it will ask to choose for new role and position from the dropdown. For associate role can be developer or sr developer. In position it will be associate then click submit. It will be sent to bu for further evaluation.
