I just checked with my senior manager and they checked with HR and confirmed that I will be eligible for Q2 promotion and met all criteria. I said today is last date for nomination and can we aak my home manager to nominate me and he replied like no , HR will do backend all these process those who met all criteria.

As per GSD, Rto mentioned dates - feb 2 to may 5 Based on this - my RTO overall 26 days I went to office but not maintained hrs max 3 to 4 hrs only I spent.

Try to update your resume every 6 months. And get your skills endorsed by your manager before November end and May end so it will reflect on go perform next month
My Hr told that its a default process, whosoever is eligible will get automatically promoted. But june end, we will get the official confirmation through mail.

We need to wait till July 1st. When the destination change will happen that's when we get confirmation. Every managers are telling different stories.
