Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion (joined as PT)

Hello, I joined as a PT in 2021 and I am currently a PA and completed 1 year as a PA and it's been 3 years that I joined cognizant. Can I expect a promotion this quarter? If anyone can help with the criteria for this quarter it would be of great help.

You should have got promotion in 2023 only ,pat to pa 1 year and pa to a 1yr ,within 2yrs u shud be A ,ask your homemanager why its delayed.

I don't think you'll get promoted this quarter. As criteria for PA to A whoever joined as PT is 2 years at least at PA level. So, by the end of next year, you might be eligible.
