I recently got notified by my PM that i will be promoted to A effective 1st april, Haven’t received the promotion letter yet What can i expect the hike increase to be?

My DOJ 13th September 2022 my Year end rating 5 followed RTO Learning goals 100 percentage my utilisation is 100 percentage I haven't received any update on Associate Promotion from HM OR PM How to check I am eligible for promotion 😕
