I spoke to HR today and Parallely spoke to my manager as well. Hope this conversation will clarify all your doubts

i) Based on utilization, rto :2.5, rating 3 and above, 30 months completion from joining and they will make a eligible list

ii)if you won't satisfy RTO but rest all are satisfied in this case they will make non eligible list

These two lists are sent to your Port Folio Lead and Engagement Delivery Lead but not to your HM and also it is not true that your manager sees something in GoPerform

Then according to this list your PDL And EDL will connect with Project manager and project manager connects with your Lead , your PM and lead should recommend you for promotion, you will get promotion

If in case you are on the non eligible list and still they want to promote you in this case they should push your case as special case saying that you were a crucial resource for Team and having best performance. then they will nominate you and you will get promotion

But 2 of my teammates who didn't have been followed RTO also got promoted in Q4, I am sure they will not be special case but not sure what happened in Q4 promotions

And last date for nominations for Q1 is 26th March. Check with your lead and ask him to recommend you to PM and to EDL And PDL.

Above all the information I am writing after putting my efforts in investigation.

One more thing to add is, those who are nominated now will get official mail in April 1st week

Yes 30 months is mandatory, you can call GSD number and press 8 to connect with HR, they will give you this basic info

Hey my work model says 0-1 days remote so can hr consider me for 2.5 days a week?

In this case you need to show mail proof to HR, then they will consider you in eligible list

What if my utilisation was 65/75 in 2024 and 98/75 in 2025 rating 3 and work model is 0/1 days per week

My work model is 0-1 days per week so I conveyed the same to HR they told me to send the screenshot of mail from Project Manager. Don’t know what’s gonna happen 😪

Hii when i spoke with my manager he said something like, my name is on the list for eligible to promotion but we need to wait for the final confirmation like that. Can anyone explain what does it mean?

26th March is last date for sending list. Then when will promotion get reflected ?? In April 1st week or later??
