Hey folks!
I will complete 30 months on Aug 28. I am not sure whether I will be eligible in the Q3 (July- Sept Quarter) or Q4(Oct- Dec). I got to know that, for the last quarter (Q2), they considered uptil 15 May. So what about people who had completed 30 months in Q2 after 15th May? Were they not eligible for Q2 cycle? I am thinking that if that is the case, then I too might be eligible in Q3 but would be considered in Q4.
Also I heard that it takes a quarter to reflect, which means being eligible at Q3 still promoted in Q1,'26:)
I am very confused. Can anyone clarify this based on data? Also is doing a GROW program considered as an eligibility criteria to get promoted? Is it mandatory for getting a promotion if someone has not yet completed it? I have been receiving a lot of emails for completion of GROW even from HR.

You are eligible in Q3. The may 15 criteria was for considering RTO, the people who completed 30 months between (Apr-Jun) got the promotion
There might be different criteria for Q3 for RTO, so better maintain RTO policy from June itself
Once the nominations ends it gets reflect in few days may be around 15 days

Hi @Reddz thanks for clarifying this. If it is for rto then it's fine. I thought they are considering tenure as well. Thanks for clearing my doubt. Any idea on the GROW program completion? Whether it's considered for promotion? Also if someone's work model is set as remote, should they also adhere to 2-3 days rto criteria?
