One good news. No more rumors.
I just received confirmation from my HCM that promotion is confirmed. And I checked in A360 also role updated. However HCM informed that I will receive e-letter by May2025 which is effective from Apr 1st 2025.
Reach out to your HCM managers and get confirmation and have a discussion in case your name not in list. Because your promotion is based on many criteria not only 30 months. You should satisfy RTO, and some Utilisation things, etc etc. Check with your HCM managers or EDL team.

Will the salary for associate grade get reflected in this month's salary ..?
Not at the moment. But eventually it will reflect. I am glad atleast confirmation received. But no worries since it is confirmed that effective from Apr 1st. Even we don't get salary with hike this month. Next month we will receive the amount just like happened with Q4 promotions.
