I have completed 2 years and I have 3 ratings with 59 Percent billability.. but saw few ppl saying bilability utilisation needs to be above 70 percent is that true?
In my project, 2 of the associate was nominated for A and was informed. later after 3 days from HR end they declined the nomination stating 2 of them got only 3 rating abd tge criteria is now to complete 36 months for the PA to A for 3 rating. This the update from 2 days before.
It is not true, people with 3 rating are also getting promoted

I think there is no proper criteria it's totally random. Because I didn't get promoted to A even I had rating 4 and in a billable project. While some people joined at the same time as me got promoted with rating of 3 and some of them were from bench or non billable project.
