After nominations given by manager ,is it confirmed i will be promoted?

Tell your HM to check in his go perform>my team if you are eligible then he can nominate you from there.

When I asked my manager, he said my profile is tagged as RECO. He said if they want anyone to get promoted from my BU, I'll be automatically promoted because my last year rating was 5. Is this true? My DOJ is 19 April 22.

It is completely fake man there is no position as P in cognizant that is PAT so in offer letter it is mentioned probation period is 11 month so first point is fake second from PA TO A it is mentioned that 36 month that means from PAT TO A total 5 years 😄this is also wrong and if you read second point there two time from word has used that means someone has edited it cognizant won't do such kind of mistake

Now coming to promotion definitely this time there is challenge in promotion but criteria is same even though criteria is meeting that doesn't means they will promote everyone.
