I have joined cognizant in October 2022 and have completed 30 months in the project also. I am in CIS domain and got 3 rating recently. Does anyone know when will this quarter Q2 promotion will start and will i get auto promoted or need manager interference?

Q1 was supposedly automatic On the same grounds, Q2 promotions might reflect in July

I also joined in October. I am about to talk to manager regarding promotion. Ideally I am fulfilling all the criteria. Hoping for good.

I have also joined in Oct 2022, will get in this quarter and will start in June, mostly this will go through manager
